We aim to describe and display our Products accurately. However, packaging, colour and appearance may vary slightly from Website photographs because of lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, ingredient availability or manufacturing changes.

Product labels and the information printed on the delivered package are the authoritative source for ingredients, allergens, nutrition, net quantity, batch number, manufacturing date, best-before or expiry date, storage instructions, manufacturer details and FSSAI information. Please read the complete label before consuming a Product.

You are responsible for checking ingredient and allergen information before purchase and consumption. Products may contain, or be manufactured in facilities that handle, allergens such as cereals containing gluten, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts or other ingredients identified on the package.

Our Products and Website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and do not replace professional medical or dietary advice. If you have an allergy, medical condition, dietary restriction, are pregnant or nursing, or are purchasing for a child, consult an appropriate qualified professional when necessary.

We may modify, improve, replace or discontinue a Product, pack size, recipe or description at any time, subject to applicable law. Such changes will not affect an order already accepted unless we contact you and provide an appropriate option.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Availability

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The Website will indicate whether applicable taxes are included or added at checkout. Delivery charges, payment fees or other permitted charges, if any, will be shown before you confirm the order.

We may change prices and offers at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method, subject to the processing timelines of the bank or payment provider.

7. Payments

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout and may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery or other options enabled by us. Payments may be processed by Shopify, banks or third-party payment gateways under their respective terms and privacy policies.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information supplied is accurate. We do not generally receive or store complete card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or online-banking credentials.

An order may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, disputed or identified as potentially fraudulent. You must not initiate an improper chargeback for a validly supplied order. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any payment or fulfilment concern.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We will deliver only to locations supported by the Website or our delivery partners. Available methods, estimated delivery times and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes, address issues, regulatory checks, force-majeure events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an available contact number. Additional shipping or return charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or an unjustified refusal to accept delivery, where permitted by law.

Please inspect the parcel promptly upon delivery. If it is damaged, tampered with, incomplete, incorrect or has a quality concern, contact us within the period stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy and provide the order number, photographs or an unboxing video where reasonably requested. This does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.

Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law. Ownership of Products passes to you after we receive full payment and the Products are delivered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy displayed on the Website and applicable consumer law.

Because our Products are food items, opened, used, consumed, tampered or improperly stored Products may not be eligible for return solely due to preference or change of mind. We will, however, review claims involving a wrong item, missing item, damaged package, manufacturing defect, expired Product or other valid quality concern according to our published policy and applicable law.

Do not consume a Product that appears damaged, contaminated, expired or unsafe. Preserve the Product and packaging and contact us promptly with supporting details.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Bank, card or payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or reduces a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

10. Promotions, Coupons and Offers

Where the law permits a financial cap, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. This clause does not restrict any mandatory consumer remedy.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Harpi Nutri Foods for reasonable losses, liabilities and costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent conduct or material breach of these Terms.
