Roasted foxtail millet, jaggery, instant moong dal, roasted split cashews, raisins, and cardamom.

1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in an open pan.
2. Add 1 cup of Thinai Pongal premix and stir well.
3. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally to prevent lumps.
4. Cook until the mixture thickens and the millet becomes soft, approximately 10 minutes.
5. Add ghee, mix well, and serve hot.
