Ragi, sprouted ragi, rolled oats, urad dal, Mapillai Samba flakes, red sorghum millet, little millet, salt, carrot flakes, beetroot flakes, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, baking soda, coriander leaves, and red chilli flakes.

1. Allow the batter to rest for 10–15 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
3. Pour one ladleful of batter onto the pan and gently spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
4. Drizzle a small amount of oil around the edges.
5. Cook until the underside turns golden brown, then flip and cook for another minute.
6. Serve hot.
